It's a white tiger, product of inbreeding. As you can see it's cross-eyed, one of the many consequences of it's inbred heritage. This is wrong and people shouldn't do it as it harms the tiger, but it's 'sooo pretty' and gives people who breed them a lot of money because people find them beautiful, but these tigers lives are definitely not beautiful.
